What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?

All customers have the right to cancel any order purchased from Mocha Boutique in exchange for a full refund, regardless of the product or price. However, upon deciding that you wish to cancel your order, it is of great importance that you contact us as soon as possible – either via email or telephone – and provide us with your order number alongside your reason(s) for your decision to cancel your order. This only applies to orders that have not yet been dispatched.

 

If, however, your order has already been dispatched and delivered, you will need to return your order by following our Returns Policy, detailed below. Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and are not included in MOCHA’s Returns Policy.

 

Returning items for a refund

 

If you have been left unsatisfied by your online MOCHA purchase, you have 7 days on from the date of receipt to return your product. Returned items, however, must meet the following standards in order to be accepted for a refund:

-All products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will be not be approved for a refund.

 

-Cosmetic products may only be honoured for a refund if they are returned unopened and in their cellophane wrapping that they were sent out in.

-Returned items that feature a return tag will only be accepted for a refund if the label has not been removed or altered.

-Final sale MOCHA products include Made to Order or personalized items and cannot be returned.

 

MOCHA products that have been purchased from an alternative distributor other than www.mochaboutique.com or www.mochaboutique.co.uk cannot be returned to www.mochaboutique.com or www.mochaboutique.co.uk   These items can only be returned to their original place of purchase.

 

Please note; Mocha Boutique is unable to compensate for money lost through currency exchange rate; all prices apply exclusively to Saudi Riyal (SAR) Currency.

 

Returning Items for an Exchange

 

If you wish to exchange your purchased product for another MOCHA product, you have 7 days to return the item you originally purchased.

Please pack the returning item(s) in their original packaging. It is also necessary to enclose a note detailing each item you are returning & which item(s) you would like as a replacement.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return package. If the value of your returned item exceeds that of your exchanged item, the price difference will be reimbursed to you. On the other hand, if your exchanged item is of a higher value than your returned item, MOCHA will request for an additional payment to make up the difference to be made.

 

Returning Faulty Items

 

If you wish to return a faulty product – i.e. an item that is broken, not as it was displayed, missing parts - please contact our customer care team and detail the fault with the item, alongside your name and order reference.

If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact customer care and quote both your name and your order number. We will process either an exchange or a refund upon receiving . Please note that, until we are in receipt of your items, they are your responsibility. If an item delivered internationally is proven to be incorrect, we will reimburse any returns costs that you incur.

 

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt. Refund processing times may vary, so please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons; these include underwear, swimwear, fragrances. Please note; Mocha Boutique is unable to accept the costs of the currency exchange rate; all products price applies to Sterling pounds (GBP) Currency.

Can I return a personalised item?

 

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products. If something isn't quite right with your personalized item, please contact us.
